Fibre is fixed! Top Tip for users! I spent over a week without fibre calling and complaining after. It turns out that the reset button was the issue. The call centre kept telling me to press reset with a pin and this according to the technician when he came caused the gadget to reset to Fibre is fixed! Top Tip for users! old programme which was not shaking hands. So before you press reset with a pin - ask which version !
