Don't choose Vodacom

I Was charged for this 'Free LTE' happened to many others I know, seriously don't take Vodacom. Tell all your friends and family ... Vodacom really is **** , I waited 2 months for installation. They full of lies, I was charged twice for interim LTE whereby as advertised is free until Fibre is installed , even charged for LTE service that I did not have even though I am on Fibre. I was debited R2400 on my very first statement, my name n surname on the statement also incorrect even after calling them every 2nd day in December and January they can't even fix something so simple. U call their contact center and all they say is they have logged a service request, nobody gets back to you. They a communications company but they communicate the worse ever. I am warning every person I know n meet not to do business with such an *********** organization.
