Don't-care attitude from Vodacom
I was handed over to lawyers for apparently being in arrears with my Vodacom account. However, when I phone VVM (the lawyers), they can't help me, and when I phone Vodacom Legal/Customer Care/Accounts, they seem to be confused and say I'm up to date with payments. But I keep on getting calls and SMS's saying I'm in arrears - and this is negatively impacting my credit score. This is going on now for more than 7 months now! All I want is for someone from Vodacom to actually take their time and sort out my "arrears" instead of throwing me from one agent's extension to another like a bouncing ball.
