Don’t care about Customers at all
Vodacom has the worst customer service of any organisation I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only do they lie and **** their customers, they also don’t care about them at all. I logged a complaint and I was simply just dismissed, no follow up no corrections, nothing has been done at all.
So I’ve been left no choice but to consult a lawyer and send the story to Carte Blanche.
