Don't care about business customers

Struggled, but eventually arranged an upgrade. Were promised a phone on Friday 22 January by Felicia but it didn't come. She then promised for Monday and still didn't come. Received an sms that the phone is on backorder, the sms provided me with a number which I asked to call. Spoke to Busi who couldn't immediately help me and we were cut off. I called Tarryn, but eventually while I was pleading with Tarryn to help me Busi did call me back just to tell me that it is the wrong department. But I called the number on the sms! I asked Busi to ask Felicia to call me back but she refused. After a lot of to and throw I asked her if she can ask someone else to ask Felicia to call me back, but whilst talking cut off again. This time she didn't call me back. Nearly 20 minutes wasted. What an unfriendly place Vodacom has become!

I really have a critical problem, as I explained to Felicia. I hoped that you would have called me today, but it is already nearly 1500. Please, my phone broke and the one that I am using is very basic, having a negative effect on my work. So how long is "in due course"

Despite Vodacom's promises in this regard, nothing was done to fix the issue. I was overcharged and I am unable to talk to anybody in this regard. Incompetence or just pure willingness to do their customers in? Carelessely and defiantly? You decide. I give up and just accept the loss. I have no alternative.
