Don’t call us when you need help, I was told.

An agent called me from this number: +27 (82) *** and asked to speak to my husband I told her he’s not available, she asked for his number and I told her he won’t be able to speak to her. I went in to tell her that if he needs anything from them he will call them. She said that at this point they need to speak to him and I told her again that he won’t be able to speak to her, upon me saying goodbye to terminate the call she said we must not call them for anything, I proceeded to tell her to go fly a kite.

I don’t know why your people are not able to take no for an answer, if I don’t want to share a person’s number, I’m well within my rights not to do so.

This is very rude behavior, I understand that the lady is trying to make a sale but that’s not the way to go about it.
