Dont call for vodacom fibre traps

I have had problem with vodacom fibre since day 1

Most of the time, theres an issue with connectivity, customer agents are rude, even up to now I have to connectivity and they are saying I will get response in the next 24hours, what bothers me more, wn I tried cancelling contracts they came with thesebhdden clauses which they dont tell you when you takeup the contract
