Don't by a Huawei phone through Vodacom

Extremely dissappointed with the product and/or service. Upgraded and selected the P9 lite: Phone handed to Somereset Mall Huawei shop for repairs -Kept at the shop for 1 month whilst 'apparently' waiting for parts. Eventually collected and handed in Vodacom Shop Somerset West (Repair paid for by client R2100). Phone sent away and replace with new phone - which is faulty from day one! Replacement phone sent away to JHB again! Software download issues! I finally received the phone back and it had the same problems and has had to be sent away again (for the third time). Seems that now they have my money, there is no rush to sort the problem. In the meantime I sit without a phone!!!!! product shocking- Huawei Mobile - service shoking! Vodacom - A very unhappy and disatisfied customer! Spoke to Vodacom Regional Manager and he has just referred the problem back to the shop that has been so useless and unhelpful to date! Was told that Vodacom will not replace the phone - didn't seem to be a problem with my MTN account, when they happily replaced the phone with a new handset (which was als a Huawei - that had battery problems - thus the dissappointment in the product !). I have been in contact with Huawei on their facebook page and provided my contact details at their request, yet a week later have heard NOTHING! Now I have no phone and am over R2000 out of pocket!
