Don't buy vodacom promotional deals

I bought a voda Hisense f10 2 months ago at PEP on promotion with 200mb data, got those benefits the first month but didn't this month. I call voda to query that and I'm told to load R29 airtime, I do that but nothing.. I call again and I'm told that voda are not responsible as I got this package from PEP so I should dispute with them.. I take a taxi and go to my nearest PEP store and when I get there the consultant tells me that they are obviously not a network provider so can't help me regarding that, I call voda again and I'm told they will once again look into this wherelse they have told me this before
