Dont buy phones at vodacom

i bought huawei p9 lite at vodacom last year and i was told it enable dual sim, but today i bought a new sim from telkom i didnt see any option of dual sim settings and then i called Huawei, untill they told me that phones bought at vodacom they disabled the dual sim option Huawei bought at Cell c and Telkom that enables dual sim, Who in this century wants to carry two phones? Why are you not honest with us when buying the phone that you guys have disabled the dual sim option? Am so upset with vodacom.. is there any way you can assist me with dual sim being enabled on my phone?
