Don’t buy from vodapay ever

Please do not ever buy from the vodapay shop. I mentioned this before. I thought by now they sorted out their issues but it seems as if things are worse. They took payment and cancelled orders and no talk about why or about refunds

So Vodacom calls me Monday morning, asks what’s the problem and says they’ll phone me back. It’s already the end of Tuesday and still nothing. As usual Vodacom is useless

So Vodabucks store calls me yesterday and says sorry. I don’t want a sorry. I want what I paid for. The money is out of my account. So the lady said she’ll speak to her supervisor and call me back. 24 hours and still nothing. Vodacom and Vodabucks is a disaster

I don’t want a refund. I want what I paid for. How can you guys advertise Black Friday deals and 3 minutes after it’s loaded it’s sold out. I know of a few people who ordered after me and got their order. You make sure you order more from your supplier and fulfill my order
