Don't buy from vodacom unless you wanna get *****ed over

Terrible service delivery, *********** workers and outright ****ming customers. I've got a router that stopped working about 2 weeks ago. After numerous phone calls with head office and getting no where I took it to one of the technicians and he said that they're aware and it's a very common fault(which means vodacom is aware of the issue but still sell these devices to the public) I've taken it to get booked in for repairs which is gonna be another 2 to 3 weeks. The part that annoys me is I'm paying alot for this contract (1tb of data) and now since it's not working I've had to buy data everyday just to get by, and by the time this router comes back from repairs it'll be just over a month which means I'm paying for data and for this contract due to your stupidity and negligence. And to make matters worse you selfish money hungry *****s lock the sim to your faulty devices so I can't even put the sim in another router. This is ridiculous that I have to lose a over a thousand rand just because yourl choose to **** us and sell faulty products. If anyone reads this and is thinking of getting a new contract don't bother wasting your time and money on these clowns, it'll save you soo much money and stress going to another service provider. Also, to put the nail in the coffin, the day I took the router to get booked in, the guy in front of me had the exact same router with the exact same issue.
