Don't buy blackberry products advertised by vodacom

1 month still waiting for a replacement device. No feedback from Vodacom on hello Peter (5 posts already), Facebook, Twitter, repair call center. Ignore me further till I don't pay my Vodacom account and use all this as proof for no service delivery!!! In 10 minutes will get an automatic reply to this complaint to fool the public but I will not even receive a call.
