DONT BUY ANYTHING AT VODACOM

so after a long wait of 9 days for my phone has finally return to Kimberly. it says that the phone has a panel that was replaced on it and apparently they went through the phone but now i get my phone back and it looks like it came out of some type of war and even seems like someone had lunch on it. No care for customer service satisfaction at all once again as now the phone has to be sent to back to the same place \advanced repair center"where it has taken 9 days to get back here to me. I have told them that i would like a new phone and this is now the third sony returned to them in a matter of 3 months. I was going to test the phone but I am sorry not with it looking like that I AM PAYING FOR IT and i did not give it to them like that. THE EVIDENT thing of what they did on it is the fact that they \""WIPED\"" factory restored it. They cant tell me why it is getting hot"
