Dont belive the deals Vodacom gives you.
Ive had it with Vodacom!! I was told 3months ago when i baught a data contract black Friday November 2021. They gave me a deal and a set price, but its not as they promised. December came and the wrong amount was deducted, I phoned them beginning of Jan 2022 and they said they will ajust the montly price like it was when I originally took it out. Low and behold Feb 2022 comes and still they deducted the wrong about. Vodacom is sitting with people that either just blatently lie to you over the phone and does not deliver on their promise or they just make so much money that they dont care loosing a customer. Im really fed up.

I was promised a 50% discount for 3months from the new contract. It however never happened, when i phonwd beginning of Jan 2022 the person told me he forgot to activate the 50% discount abd said he would increase the term to 5months due to it being their vault. However nothing has happend and there is no 50% dicount added. This is unacceptable!!!
