Don't believe Vodacom's press releases
Vodacom ****! They announced they will roll over unused data that expired for free. If you buy a data bundle they will charge you to allow you to use the data that you have paid for. Be very careful because they use obscure wording to hide this fact. They pretend to give you a service but are actually *****ing customers.

From 1 March 2019, remaining data on bundle purchases by all customers will be rolled over at no additional charge once a customer purchases the same bundle as the original one.

15 Mar 2019, 18:32When I called this morning I was told that I have to pay more to roll over data. These calls were made by me at 6:09 and 6:13 and both these calls were cut off when I asked when this policy was introduced. Check your call recordings which you claim to have. The next call was at 7:28 and I was told that there are 2 types of data rol*****. I happened to be on the one where I have to pay to roll over my data. Strange! I happen to be on the one that generates revenue. Please make your policies public because you have a captive audience - contract holders. Your competition gives cheaper data without data. My contract is nearly over and after about 25 years as a contracted Vodcom customer this is definitly the last one with Vodacom
