Don't believe the sales pitch!

So in December 2019 (2 and a half months ago) I've upgraded my phone in Kimberley. After a nice sales pitch we chose the Samsung note 10, after initially wanting a cheaper phone like the A50. With this sales pitch we were tols that we get 1 FREE screen repair to be used within the first 12 months. So as luck would have it, my phone screen cracked while in my handbag end of February. Went to vodacom Upington this morning only to be turned away and informed the free screen repair is excluding all Samsung phones, what! Are you f*****g kidding me, I would have taken the cheaper A50 had I been told about that.
