dont believe a word they say

<p>This all started on the 17/11/16.I was asked to upgrade my bosses personal line.He had a look at the summer promotion and ask to be upgraded to the P9 special with the Woolworths R2000 voucher.All went okay until you wanted to use the voucher.He gave me the voucher as a gift.I followed the instructions on the vouvher with the unique code provided.Only to relise that the website doesn't want to send me the electronic voucher (OOPS WE ARE EXPERIENCIN A PROPLEM )for 2 days this is the message.The promotion is a Hoax as the tell you get the voucher with the upgrade,no where does it say you have to SMS a code to e able to get the vouche.Nobody know nothing about how to activate the voucher or to help.No where in the TC does it state you must use the number or the phone which was the upgrade to be able to use the voucher.Don't mislead people with false information ,if you say R2000 Voucher give the voucher.I wanted to use the voucher and now i can't because nobody know the hell what is going on.If i dont have a answer or better my voucher by Monday the 13th i will go to the consumer board with this (a total lie to your customer and all the calls i will ask for a refund as i have send almost the hole amount of the voucher on calls.The email address which you are asked to email if you have a problem doesnt even respone to you mail </p>
