Done with vodacom

I have been a vodacom customer since 2000,that makes it 21 years now,in 2018 they cancelled my contract while i was working in America and up to date they still owe me the amount of R4 900.they have all kinds of excuses,call this and that and email this department and that one,but till today nothing happened,they have my bank details and all the proof they need,but clearly they dont have the money anymore.
