Done with vodacom

Vodacom has absolutely no regard for their customer service and are clueless as to what they are doing here is my experience for the past 5 days:

Day 1: Phone Vodacom to cancell my existing two lines that I have with them with a consultant trying her best to convince me to upgrade, I however inform her that I am planning to get two new lines with Vodacom.

Day 2: I phone Vodacom and tell them that I am going into makro to apply for the two lines, I ask them to do a portfolio increase as I have been declined 6 months ago. They tell me they can not assist as I first need to apply before they can assist.

Day 3: I go into makro, apply for both lines, get diclined *shocker* ask the consultant there to apply for a credit increase. She submitted the documents and told me to wait 24 hours.

Day 5: First I call Vodacom, A consultant informs me that my portfolio has been increased, I then call Vodacom that consultant then resubmits my application and wow declined again I mean seriously. Back on the phone now with vodacom consultant tells me she can't understand why I have been declined now I have to do a declined review.

Today: I phone Vodacom then makro. I just submitted bank statements so Vodacom can see if I can afford the contracts really that after increasing my portfolio I stare at the consultant dumbstruck I mean really and the the jaw droping wow because now apparently I have to wait 48 hours again.

Oh and did I mention that the social media team on Facebook now ignores my messages not bothering to reply this is how Vodacom treats a customer that has paid his contracts every single month no defaults for the past two years if I were to walk in to mtn or a telkom store I would have been approved by now 10 times over. *Vodacom* should inform me if that is what I should do as I am no sick and tired of the running around
