Done with their nonsense

Airtime and data disappearing again. I had airtime and data on my phone and it just disappeared into thin air called Vodacom and they can help because it's not reflecting on their side I'm sick and tired of this happening and I just want to close my account with immediate effect as I don't owe Vodacom a thing.
