DonA AAat irritate us by asking for help

I Have been a Vodacom customer for going on to 20 years , near my work there is a Vodacom store in Du Toit street -Pretoria , I always go there , yesterday 11/02/2016 at 09H00 I wanted to take out a new contract , the staff from last time were totally different , there were 2 ladies sitting at the booths , I sat down , both were busy with their cell phones , and the one without greeting me , just looked me up and down , when I said I wanted to take out n new contract , she gave me a book , n went thru the offers , and asked if I can see the one phone , she become irritated , seem to then scream for someone to bring the phone , but no one was there , her attitude was so poor , eventually a Solly helped me , they remained seated , on their cell phones , even thou there by now more clients , Solly even had to receive goods , while trying to help me , I have never seen anything like this , very shocked , are they there to work ? I'm never going back, I don't know what happened to this shop but it is shocking
