Don't want the watch anymore

<p>On the 7th of May I took out a new contract for myself. With the phone I choose I decided to add the watch you can get with. The lady informed me that they will order the phone and phone me when I can collect it. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday 13 May I received a phone call from an Indian lady saying I can collect my watch. On Sa****ay the 14th of May I went into store to collect my watch. When I got there the gentleman (African male) told me that the watch the wanted to give me is faulty and they had to return it. How did he know the watch I was going to receive is faulty? I then asked him how he knows so he told me that they wanted to show it to another client. This will make my brand new product 2nd hand before I had seen it. I then asked him why they did not phone to tell me it's faulty and I can't get it so he replies saying they did not have my number. The number they used the day before...</p> <p> </p> <p>He also said the lady that opened my contract is off sick since Friday so they had no way of contacting me. Odd because I received the phone call the lady was supposedly not at work. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't want this watch any more,and Vodacom need to take.it off my bill ASAP!!! Should anyone want to call me with regards to the situation do so after 3 in the afternoon as this is the only time I am available.</p>
