Don't want or need new business

If you want a cellphone contract, this is definitely not the place to go. <br> <br> For a brand that prides itself on communication, this Vodacom store has a landline that just rings and rings and staff that just couldn't be bothered. <br> <br> On Tuesday, 24 February, I went in person to the store to open a business contract for the iPhone 6. On Monday morning, 2 March, after numerous attempts to get through to the store, I spoke to a someone who clearly couldn't track the application. After promising to get back to me in an hour, she never did. Surprise, surprise. <br> <br> On Wednesday 4 March, I contacted the store yet again - this after promising a phone by the previous Friday. No record of the application. No explanation. No plan to rectify the situation. <br> <br> I can't believe that in the current economic client that companies can be so negligent about business. Very, very unimpressed with Vodacom. Clearly they don't want or need the business. Too big to care.
