Don't want my Business

I found a Fibre deal offered by Vodacom.

Now I have tried for the last two months to get the Fibre.

I have never dealt with such misinformed staff in all my life. Every time you get to a certain point and the phone is hung up.

Then you try the worst website ever www.vodacom.co.za.

Perhaps you should look at updating your process flow for new clients.

Two weeks ago the infrastructure was installed by Telkom. Now Vodacom's website is still out of date and nobody can help me. I have been told on countless occasions that I will be called back and my issue will be escalated.

This is pathetic! How can you treat potential customers like this? Is this an indication of what is to come in the future if I eventually become a client of yours?
