Don't know what to believe

<p>Good morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm totally disgusted at to how Vodacom can run a competition with said guaranteed prizes. When your spin lands on a "big" prize, it suddenly freezes with a message followed by a technical glitch error. When you win a stupid wallpaper, data or even when no prize, you are immediately directed to the next instruction. I have experienced it twice now ( have screen shots as proof) only to be told it said no prize for the first time, second time I get told my new phone could be the problem. I get told to uninstall & install the app again and as a kind gesture from Vodacom, I will get R12 airtime to play again. What utter nonsense is that? That's just an insult to me. On social media, there are numerous complaints with the exact same problem as mine. Is Vodacom hiding from the fact that they do not want to give allocated prizes away?</p> <p>Your R12 airtime means nothing to me. I'm so disgusted as to how you find excuses not to giveaway prizes. I would really appreciate if somebody who has knowledge can get back to me. It's not only about the prize, but how you carry yourself out. </p> <p>Furthermore more with the data if won, it says for one day. According to me, a day is 24 for hours not a couple of days. What's the use winning data at 22h00 & you cannot finish it by midnight. You seriously need to rephrase.</p>
