Don't expect Vodacom to keep their promises

Struggling for 2 months to get hold of them regarding the issue and then they promised to send another dash 2 weeks ago that still hasn't arrived. Not getting any response or refund. When I actually got hold of them they mock you over the phone and never return the call. I have called daily to JIMC and to Customs and everyday i get tossed back and forth between the 2. No one can tell me where my package is.
