Don't care about their clients

<p>I've paid my account (more than was needed) in cash on the 25th of the month, and today Vodacom debited my bank account, not once, but 3 times (3 times??????) with a random amount. Who debits the same amount 3 times on the same day????? Like maybe they get lucky if they keep trying? Seriously? If I go to my account my bill for Oct is R800, but they debit an amount of R1246. Now my bank is billing me R115 for every debit order that comes back, that is R345, because someone doesn't know how the banking system work, or something! I'm in Namibia at the moment and they have ABSOLUTELY NO way for me to contact them except through their call center. I can't call from here, so I can't tell you how frustrated I am. It's like Vodacom simply don't care about their clients anymore, it's all about the money! What a disgrace, I've been a client since 1997, but obviously that means nothing to them. Well, as soon as I come back, I'm changing my service provider, and Vodacom probably couldn't care less...but that's that.</p>
