Don't buy Vodacom ZTE C310 poorly made cell phone

Good Day, I would just like to bring my story to your attention. On 18.02.2016, I purchased a ZTE C310 at Hi-Fi Corp in Cape Gate, Brackenfell as advertised for R469.90, as I received an email from Hi-Fi company the morning. I collected the phone the afternoon. I used the phone for a few days and discovered that the battery is very warm when handling the phone during normal use and it felt unsafe for me to continue using the device and this might scare my hand on the long run. I returned the handset back to your store on 24.02.2016 as I was not happy with this poorly made product. Your service advisor told me that the phone has to be sent back to Vodacom as this is Vodacom's policy. It's been days already that I'm left without a phone and I'm not happy with my whole purchasing experience of the product. I demand that my money be refunded today. I will in future not buy any of Vodacom's products ever again. Kind regards, Shaun
