Doing the Right Thing Is Clearly Not in Your DNA

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received. I have been debited three separate times, despite the fact that I have not made any errors and have never been in arrears. This situation is completely unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am requesting that the duplicate charges be corrected immediately and that the full amount be refunded to me today. I expect a prompt resolution, as these deductions were made in error and have impacted my finances without justification. After reversing this please make sure you do the right thing next month
