doesnt know much

so i bought a huawei p8 with dual sim option, its a business phone that my company arranged for me inserted the 2nd sim in the phone and it doesnt work.<br> so i called the call center who try to help but cannot and redirect to a vodashop. which is okay<br> <br> so i take it to vodashop on west street durban, they direct me to selvan in the repairs dept. i tell him my story and says vodacom does not stock dual sim phones, so where did i get my phone from.<br> and so he doesnt bother to enquire further to try and resolve my query but instead he says my final answer is vodaomc doesnt stock thesephone becasue they never work...<br> why am i still with vodacom i ask my self everytime i meet one of their experienced staff
