Doesnt keep word, terrible service

Did an upgrade and a new contract online, but consultant called me, Charge me R150 extra, which they never did before for any of my online applications. Checked if devices were availble before placing order, rep said yes.<br> placed order, recieved a call saying delivery would happen on monday. Never came, i called today to be told its on back order, and person who handled it will contact me!!!! Been with vodacom for about 15years ...terrible pricing terrible service....time for a change!!
