Doesn't even deserve one star

<p>My complaints seem to fall apon deaf ears. I have emailed the socail media team numerous times, only to get told that a senior consultant will get back to me... Does this senior consultant therefore lack customer service? I expect this matter to be addressed before close of business on Friday. Please contact me via my 073 number and not the vodacom contract holder as i do not use that number or phone... i merely pay the bill</p> <p> </p>
