Does your lines actually work

In an attempt to cancel my contract I dialled the rention department ***. I have been on hold for about 10min on various occasions with no answer. I'm tired of listening to my African dream ringing in my ears. <br> <br> Please someone advise how do you get hold of their cancellation department... to speak to a person and not a recording telling you, you've been transfered.
