DOES VODACOM STILL EXIST????

I am with Vodacom now for many years. I am a RED PREMIUM client. In the past the service was not good but ok. Lately however it is so bad that I want to cancel all my contracts. I have 3 phones and 2 internet packages with them and pay an amount of R3000.00 a month for no service./signal If i want to answer a call I have to walk outside and halfway down the driveway to hear or be heard. I want to know how I can cancel all the contracts because why are they prepared to take my money very month on time yet I don't have any service from them. In this world it is you pay for what you get, so if I don't get any services I don't need to pay. I know they will not contact me or try and make amends because if they do , I will have at least 2 years of free service. I know I am not alone there are a lot of people with the same problem. Vodacom put your money where your mouth is and rectify the problems there is and reimburse me for all the service that I did not have. I thought that it was only the area where I life but even in Three Rivers Vereeniging where I work there are days and weeks that goes by without any signal what so ever. How can it be allowed to carry on like that. Something needs to be done. Any advise from a lawyer or fellow Vodacom User?
