Does Vodacom offer customer services!

As always Vodacom doesn’t offer customer service! Biggest joke but VODACOM WILL TAKE MY MONEY

So Vodacom offered me lifetime access to Amazon Prime BUT ITS A ****. Apparently lifetime access is ambiguous
