Does Vodacom have so much business it does not require mine?

After finally sorting out the phone mix up and getting Vodacom to pick up the phone and having my upgrade reinstated. I decided to give them a chance and upgrade my phone! I was going to now use their brilliant website to do the whole process, I tried and it kept on giving me an error and asked me to email someone and they would get back to me. I decided this was a bit pointless because it is part of what had caused the confusion before. I tried three times always with the same result send an email. Finally, I gave in and on the 25/09/2017 sent an email reference number XPFYUO, I was told that if they did not contact me within 24 hours the I was to contact them on ********** 4. I phoned them on the 29/09 and got the runaround and they would get back to me in 24 hours. When I did not hear from them I again (03/10/2017) tried to order online and got the same problem and was told to send them an email which I did and they rep**** with an email ref no U0EW69, same story as before. Again no reply so I have just tried phoning them today (05/10/2017), and was cut off. Please if they don't want my business to let me know and I will move all four numbers to another service provider if they do then wake up and please give me some service!
