Does vodacom have any customer service,in place

I wanted to upgrade an exciting data bundle line to an uncapped home bundle Instead they upgraded my personal cell phone number to a data bundle, From the 1 January 2023 i tried to rectify this on numerous times, I can't use my phone This is just unreal
