Does Vodacom even care about there own terms and conditions?

Again one of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with when it comes to Vodacom. I have been trying to cancel my contract since the beginning of December. At first I am told to call back in Jan as that will be my last month of service and now as I do that I am told to pay another month in full before my contract is cancelled. There is agreed standard when dealing with consultants in December I’m told I pay for my month upfront and then in Jan it is that I am invoiced for the month just passed. When I insist on having my issue escalated I am told to email *** which Vodacom’s “potsmaster” says does not exist but the consultants will insist that it is correct. I have had zero feedback from anyone even remotely interested in helping get to the bottom of this and it is beyond frustrating how these companies are trying to bleed the public dry by not sticking to terms given to their customers by their own representatives! Beyond a joke dealing with the total disregard for the situation and quite frankly I CANT WAIT TO BE DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

There is NO agreed standard...apologies for the mistype. By this I mean should a consultant tell you one thing and another consultant says something else, they will not go back and check to see why that information was given or even check if it was given at all - Vodacom an apology for your brand giving me the wrong information just wont cut it. You should be held liable to live up to expectations when they are given even if they are wrong. How would I as the client know better if it is the information your employee has given me.

Incorrect! You clearly are not paying attention to what my review has stated. There is no resolution. No one has contacted me to formally understand my frustration. All you have done with your hidden response is show once again why your customer service is so shocking. Your business is clearly defined by quantity and not quality and that will come back to bite.
