Does vodacom data sharing exist

I have a data contract with vodacom and so far it has been good. I pay 399 per month. My major disatisfaction seems to be confussion regarding data sharing facility. On the vodacom website, it is written that, “ You can have up to four data-sharing SIM cards linked to your primary account.‘ However when I go to vodacom shops they tell me that it is not possible which leaves the question of whether the facility is there or not or its a question of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I used to be on MTN and I remember I had up to 3 sim cards sharing data on my primary sim card. Can this be fixed.
