DOES VODACOM COVER LOSS OF INCOME???

The existing contract term ended October. We gave notice and canceled the contract so that the sim can switch to prepaid and we can do a change of ownership but keep the number as this is my Chiropractic Clinic's number.

Contract ended 30 Nov 2016 and switched to prepaid. I visited vodacom store on 1 Dec 2016 to do the change of ownership. The system was very slow and I had to go back the next day to see if it has gone through. I visited vodacom store on 2 Dec 2016 with the feedback that the change of ownership was still open and not done. On 2 Dec around midday my phone couldn't make or receive anymore calls and couldn't send or receive sms's. The recorded voice said: "Your cellular service has been suspended. Contact your service provider to re-activate account." I phoned vodacom store who tried everything and said he phoned a whole lot of people who none of them know what it going on and he logged the problem with the technical guys.

Couldn't see patients on Friday afternoon...

3 Dec I waited the whole day for the technical guys for some feedback. The feedback they continuously give the vodacom store is: "We are still looking at the problem. 3-5 working days." The vodacom store said he can see they haven't done anything on the system?...

Couldn't see patients on Saturday morning...

4 Dec I went to another vodacom store. There he said is a RICA block on the phone. He sent a request to unblock that, I should wait an hour and it should be fixed. No change the whole of Sunday.

5 Dec I went back to my own vodacom store. I sat there from 9-11. He tried everything he can do on his side. When he tries calling the technical guys, we wait on the phone for about 5-10min then they answer and just let it be. You can hear them talking in the background!!

Can't see patients today Monday...

So what now?!? 3-5 working days... But nobody knows what the actual problem is!

VODACOM HAS ALREADY COST ME 3 WORKING DAYS!!!!
