Does the Vodacom Vetting Profile really only entails Financial status???

What is this Vetting of them!! How can they say after 20 days that our profile, created by them, does not qualify for a R299 p/m contract if we get an income greater than R50000 and only have bond depth of R15000 (in my name not my husband's who tried to apply for the contract). We have recently renovated a property, cash, and never had no money in our account. Has the vetting to do with something else than your financial state??
