DOES PORTING TAKE OVER FOUR DAYS REALLY< VODACOM

i am so dissappointed with vodacom, i went to the fourways branch to port my number from mtn and this was done on the 13th of March and i was told i would loose network on my mtn and then i will need to insert the voda sim, well guess what till today i am waiting for the imaginery port to happen. i called the call centre was told port does not happen on weekends but still they could not see that the pory was done, was adviced to do it myself on my cellphopne i did but i got a text message saying the process has already been done, i wonder where ause i am still waiting for it. i dont want to leave one useless network to go to another useless network, so i want someone to get back to me from vodacom with a solution on how they are going to fix this and me going to one of your branches is not an option. call me back with a solution not an explanation cause i know you wont have a proper explanation.
