Does not treat customers fairly ! Bad experience

I was happy to get a router from Vodacom on the special they had for the fiber. I had to wait a whole month for the installation. On tops of that they advise me that their sales consultant **** as their is no promotion on fiber. Now they charging me for two routers R2000. This cannot be legal as an FSP. I wish the FSCA can audit you guys and check if you comply with TCF.
