Does not know how to help customers

My account with Vodacom is in arrears and i have been paying it off monthly without complaints. All of a sudden i hear my account has been handed over which i dont understand as i was paying the account monthly. Now i have different legal companies phoning me and claiming that i need to make payment to them in order to pay off the arears. I have been contacted by Nimble and TS legal both claiming that they are the company that is handeling my situation. I have paid R500 to nimble collections but according to TS legal i have not yet made payment?

Also Vodacom cannot give me any statements but always sends invoices, how does that work?

Can somebody assist please becasue i will not be making further payment unless somebody can contact me to tell me where and who to pay.
