Does not give feedback

I phoned this branch on numerous occasions to find out about my headset they owe me <br> I have taken the contract and when I call the branch they took my name and number twice already and still never got back to me. Feedback to your customers should be a priority in that way we don't have to keep calling the branch. Its frustrating
