Does nobody work there???

<p>Been trying to get hold of vodacom upgrade department for 2 days straight but have not spoken to one person because nobody picks up, NOBODY responds to call backs, all agents are constantly "busy" on the chat line, now I ask you with tears in my eyes how am I supposed to upgrade???</p> <p>Seriously pathetic that a company constantly calls you to offer you this and offer you that but when you call them, there is no answer???</p>
