DOES MR SHAMEEL JOOSUB, JORGE MENDES and ALL THE OTHER BOARD MEMBERS KNOW HOW VODACOM CONSULTANTS ARE LYING AND *****ING AND ********?
Took out a contract on 11 October. Recieved faulty device and had to send it back. Since 28 October I have been **** to. After waiting 6 weeks I could only upgrade. Then vodacom tried to downgrade me. After contacting Hello Peter, only then could I get some sort of assistance. After eventially agreeing on Tablet and phone, now Vodacom are ignoring me again. It is nearly 2 months later, and all that vodacom can say is please be patient. Vodacom are *****ing our money also with contracts that have been cancelled.
