Does it take Vodacom 15 days to solve a query
I have logged a query since my airtime data and sms have not been allocated., up to this day am still waiting for Vodacom to allocate, the call center keeps on telling me they are waiting for back office to response, I have spend a whole lot of money on data and airtime which I shouldn't have. This is a serious incovinience. Can I get help or should I move to another service provider. <br> <br>
