Does a person have to put up a billboard to get an issue sorted out

I upgraded my Vodacom Mobile account at the end of November 2018. I received a phone call from an agent of Vodacom and she relayed that there is a special running for R99 for 5GB day and 5GB owl without any added costs - R99 and that's it, that's the entire amount being paid to Vodacom.

I asked for a confirmation via email and received nothing. The contract was then started on the 1 December and I did not receive any confirmation that I asked for. I was then also charged R200 for the 5GB contact instead of the R99 agreed on. In December 2018, I called Vodacom call center several times and had no feedback and no one returned my calls.

I then pursued calling in January 2019. And I have insisted on feedback via email as I spend a lot of my day in meetings, as well as the fact that I cannot get a recording of my initial query, I would rather have everything on record. If I did not answer an agent's call, my ticket with vodacom was closed without reason.

When I asked to hear the recording of my calls, I was then told that the only way that I can hear the recording is if it gets sent to a Vodacom store which I am still waiting for.

I have also been in multiple emails threads and chats on the vodacom app, since July 2019, with Vodacom and still no answers. I then contacted Vodacom via social media - Facebook specifically, in April 2020 and the correspondence keeps telling me for the past 3months that they are waiting for the Sale Team to get back to them.

It has been nearly 2 years since this all started and I have no answers nor have heard the recording of the original call. Service has pathetic!

Vodacom contacted me via social media and has provided me with the quote that I was supposed to get 17 months ago, which looks as if it was created this week. And above that, the contract is different to the one the agent discussed with me on November 2018 and the price is also different to what I was promised and being charged. I actually never signed a quote for this contract, so how can Vodacom pursue activation and still charge me the wrong amount and just do nothing about it the harder I try to get this sorted out.
I find the vodacom agents *********** in doing simple tasks. All I want is to hear the recording of my original call. I will not go to a vodacom store to listen to this, as this was promised once before and I never got to hear the recording. This in 2019, prior to Covid-19.
I suffer from serious health issues, which my physician can gladly confirm, that I cannot travel or have any contact with any persons other then my spouse.
After 16 months of continuous disputing this issue, the least vodacom can do is release that recording to me. The have advised me that I am the only person, being the account holder, to listen to this recording. So, to get justice, I have to put my life at risk and Vodacom cannot accommodate me during this lockdown period with high risk people?
